COMMUNITY PROGRAMS
The City of Beverly Hills
has many programs available for its citizens. Below is a partial
listing:

Partners in Education Program - The City
of Beverly Hills has committed themselves to partner with
Meadowbrook Elementary School to ensure educational success
and workforce readiness in our community. To foster values
and skills that lead to educational success and productive
citizenship; provide curriculum support and experiences relevant
to current and emerging careers; and support continuous professional
development for principals, faculty and staff.
Volunteer Appreciation Dinner is held annually
to honor citizens, employees and associates who have given
their time so freely to the city in order to make it a better
place to live.
Halloween Safety - The Department of Public
Safety sponsors an annual Halloween carnival for our children
from all over in an effort to promote child safety and to
keep the children off the streets. Games, costume contests
and refreshments are provided to young & old.
Red Ribbon Contest - The Department of Public
Safety sponsors a Best Decorated Door to enforce drug awareness.
A plaque is presented to the winner. |
